If you want the highest level of individual coaching, accountability, and results, personal training is your most effective option.

Every client begins with a complete movement screen and physical assessment to identify strengths, limitations, and performance priorities. With those results and your personal goals in mind, I will design a program specifically tailored to your needs.
 
You can expect to leave each session with a stronger understanding of essential movement patterns and how to train your body effectively for long-term progress.

For clients who want individualized programming with flexibility and accountability. Includes weekly adjustments, check-ins, and performance tracking.

Together we will discuss your goals and design a program for you. Whether you are a professional athlete, or a person suffering from an old injury or brand new to exercising altogether, you will get a program individualized towards your goals, capabilities and equipment available to you. 

 

Programs are delivered directly to your phone. Each workout comes with videos and specific instructions to ensure guidance and quality reps. Workouts are monitored, tracked and adjusted for accountability and optimal results.

Tired of making up your workouts on the spot? Not sure of what to train? Looking to switch things up? Try one of my pre-made programs. This is the best cost-effective option!

Select from a catalogue of pre-designed strength and conditioning programs that align with your fitness and or health and wellness goals.

 

All programs track progress and come with detailed exercise videos. Additionally, each exercise has the "opt out" ability, where you can substitute exercises as needed based on injuries or equipment availability.

A complete athletic development program designed to improve strength, power, speed, and movement quality.

A functional-strength and power program with a 4-day training structure.

Fitness for Life (12 Weeks)

A general health, fitness, and movement-quality program for long-term well-being. Ideal for a beginner.

Functional 4-Day Hypertrophy Split (12 Weeks)

Evidence-based hypertrophy program for size and strength gains.

​

On-Snow Performance Program (12 Weeks)

A specialized in-season mountain-sport program designed to maintain and refine power, strength, and movement efficiency throughout ski and snowboard season.

Team Training

Structured strength & conditioning sessions designed for team development, speed, power, and injury reduction.
